Neptune

Neptune rules unsolved mysteries in astrology. This is a new planet which the ancients did not know about. It wasn't discovered until 1846. Neptune governs many different things in astrology. In my astrological chart it is located on the cusp of the 3rd house. This makes me have an urge to express myself due to an issue with feeling constantly misunderstood.
